All discounted packages also include free 15 minute phone calls, once per fortnight,
to discuss your progress and any concerns you may have in between our consultations.

Package Information
I know that signing up for a package can feel like a big commitment.
Therefore, if you would like the option, we can get together for an initial consultation and, afterwards, if you sign up for one of the packages, I will deduct the initial consultation fee (£150) from the package total.
** Please note that all consultations and packages must be paid for at time of booking.
Cancellation policy (per consultation):
1 week in advance = full reimbursement
1 week to 72 hours = 75% reimbursement
Less than 72 hours = 0% reimbursement
Please be mindful that this cancellation policy is in place due to the research commitment undertaken in advance of all consultations, any upfront costs I may have had to pay (e.g. room hire) and in the event that another client could have made use of this time.
If you need to reschedule any of your consultations, please contact me at the earliest opportunity to discuss alternative arrangements and in order to avoid any potential charges.

As a mum in the nursery Joanna has strong relationships already with the team and children however it is her calm, nurturing and understanding nature that meant the children were completely engrossed in the session from the start. Joanna had a pre-planned session that she shared with us, and we were able to ensure it was tailored to the group of children we had. To ensure we followed our food hygiene and safety policies we provided the resources needed for the activity and Joanna followed our policies and cutting guidance.
